The content, design, and branding of this website belong to BeNextGen and may not be copied or reused without permission. Any content we create for you as part of a paid engagement (listings, A+ Content, ad copy, etc.) belongs to you once paid in full, unless your service agreement states otherwise.
We treat information you share with us about your business and Amazon account as confidential, and we expect the same regarding any non-public information we share with you during an engagement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeNextGen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services, including lost profits, lost sales, or Amazon account suspensions or terminations, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
Either party may end a service engagement according to the terms of the applicable service agreement. We may also suspend or discontinue access to this website at any time.
